Anneke Beerten finally got the mountaincross win she's been looking for at the Bromont, QC, Canada World Cup. After winning the first two World Cups of 2008 in Europe, Anneke has been plagued by bad luck. It all turned around for her at Bromont, though. There are two more World Cup downhill and mountaincross events left in the season. The next race will be in Canberra, Australia at the end of August, followed by the finals in Schladming, Austria in September.
